For our customer we are looking for candidate to join a team of world-class technical experts whose main focus is to help customers deploy and operate their networks effectively while delivering the best possible customer experience. Our success is validated through outstanding financial results, increasing customer satisfaction metrics, and industry recognition and employee satisfaction scores.

 

Responsibilities

·         Owner of one or more service offers with ownership of the portfolio lifecycle

·         Oversee the offer pipeline, forecast and actuals

·         Analyze data to identify selling opportunities and present it in simplified actionable way to the stakeholders

·         Set up governance from data availability to actionable recurrent information on the opportunities

·         Expand the opportunity information to be used in different  segments such as Partners

·         Subject Matter Expertise and & EMEAR Point of Contact for an offer

·         Accountable for the service offer roadmap

·         Ensure service offers are fit for purpose

·         Develop, drive and manage the offer between Sales, Delivery and Technical Services Product Management

·         Develop and promote programs and incentives to increase the attach and renew of Technical Services sales

·         Drive and influence stakeholders

·         Initiate and drive continuous service and portfolio improvement

 

·         Build and deliver the Offer enablement plan including communications, trainings and general support.
